Our family immigrated from a small island in Tonga to the San Francisco Bay Area in pursuit of the American Dream. Like many immigrant families, we experienced the uncertainty, sacrifices, and challenges of building a new life. Those experiences inspire our commitment to helping others navigate their own immigration journey with confidence.
The name KENANI (KE-NA-NEE) is the name of our family home on our island. It symbolizes hope, resilience, opportunity, and the enduring belief that every family’s story matters. It reminds us of where we came from and why we are passionate about serving others.
Our founder’s journey—from serving as a high school teacher in Tonga to starting from scratch as a home care aide after settling in a new country, all while earning a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s degree, and continuing doctoral studies—reflects the perseverance and determination we bring to every client we serve.
